This day the Head of the Staff was locked up my Companys Chest
Whereas it has formerly been the Custom of this Compa. to have the
new made free men in the Preceeding Year before Lord Mayors day to be
Whifflers on that day now for renewing the sd. Good Custom It is hereby
Ordered that the Six Whifflers for the future shall from time to time hereafter
be taken out of the Freemen which shall be made free of this Compa. from Lord
Mayors day to Lord Mayors day And it is further Ordered that the sd Six
Whifflers shall appear in decent Apparrell And that this be a Standing Order
