Carpenters Stituate in Norton Falgate late in the possession of the Widow
Russell & will pay £18. P Ann by Quarterly payments and will take a
Lease of the sd. Company for 7 years certain & subject to the usual Covents
in the Companys Leases upon the Terms above menconed to Comence
Rent from Lady day next And I now paid the Renter Warden
five Shillings in part of payment for the first Quartery Rent
