for the Remr. of his term there in but not to
discharge the said Saml. Tongue< no role > his Huis Extors and Admors from the paymt
of the Rent with in Reserved and the Performance of the Covts. with in contained
which never the less he is still to continue to pay and perform the same As
if this Lycense had never been granted. Any Law usage or Custom to
the Contains notwithstanding.
