Memorandum it is this 3d. day of March 1761 . Agreed between
the Master Wardens and Comonalty of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters London
of the one part and Henry To Jeffreys< no role > of Hog Lane in the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middx Turner , of the other part. as follows. Vizt:

The Said Master Wardens and Comonalty for themselves and their Successory do Agree
to Lett by Lease and the said Henry Jeffreys< no role > for him self his Extors and Admors doth Agree
to take by Lease All that Messuage or Tenement with the Appurts there unto belonging
Situate standing and being in Hog Lane afore said as the same is now in the Possion
of him the said Henry Jeffreys< no role > To bold the same from Mid sumer Day now next for
the full Term of Twenty One Years from thence next ensuing At and under the yearly
Rent of Five Pounds Clear of all Parliamentary taxes and other Deductions
what so ever by four equal quarterly Payments in the Year And the said Henry Jeffreys< no role >
further for himself his Extors and Admors Agrees to lay out the Sum of Forty Pounds
in the necessary Repairs of the said Premises with in the first Two Years of the said
Term of 21 years and to execute a Counter part of such Lease when tendered to him for
that Purpose. Witness his hand the Day and Year above written.
