Memorandum it is this first day of Novr 1757 Agreed between the Master
Wardens and Comonalty of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters London of the One part and
George Dickinson< no role > of Old Broad Street London Merchant of the Other part in manner following
(that is to say) the said Company do here by Agree to Lett to the sd. [..] All that
Messnage or Tenement with the Appurts there to belonging Situate in Carpenters Buildings London
afore sd. now or Late in the Occupation of Michael Bland< no role > To hold to the sd. George Dickinson< no role >
his Extore Admore and Assigns from Christmas day next Ensuing the date here of for and during &
into the full End and Term of three Years from thence next Eusuing & fully to be Compleat & Ended
At and under the Yearly Rent of Fifteen pounds payable Quarterly by four Equal payments the first
payment to begin and be made on the Feast day of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin next after
the Commencement of the sd. Term of three Years here by dimised And the sd. George Dickinson< no role > doth
here by Agree to take the said Premisses of the said Company upon the abovementioned Terms &
Conditions and will pay the said Rent of Sixteen pounds accordingly and in Testimony & Confirmation
thereof said George Dickinson< no role > hath paid to Mr. Warden Alingham One Shilling in part of
the first Quarters Rent Witness his hand the day and Year abovementioned
