Memorandum it is this day of 1757. Agreed between the Master & Wardens &
Comonalty of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters London of the One part & Benjamin Redgate< no role >
ofof the other Part in mamus following
that is to say) the sd. Company do here by Agree to lett to the sd. Benjamin Redgale< no role > All that Messnage or
Tenemt. with the Appurts there to belonging now or late in the Occupation of Quity To hold to the sd.
Benja. Redgate< no role > from Michaelmas day next Ensuing the lab here of for One Year Renter and half as
Years Warning at and under the Yearly Rent of Fourteen pounds payable quarterly the first payment to
begin and to be made on Christmas day next Ensuing the date here of, The House to be Clean'd & Repaired
where wanting at the Charge of the said Company And the said Benjamin Redgate< no role > Doth here by
Agree to take the said Premisses of the said Company upon the above mentioned Terms & Conditions and
will pay the said Rent of Fourteen Pounds accordingly and in Testimony & Confirmation thereof
the said Benjamin Redgate< no role > now paid to Mr. Warden One Shilling in part of the first
Quarters Rent Witness his hand the day and year above mentioned
