At this Meeting the Bargain & Sale and Conveyance of the
three undivided fourth parts of the Ground & Premises on the East
side of the Minories
whereon formerly stood three Messuages and
also of the Vacant Ground behind the same whereon formerly
stood Twenty three Messuages & which composed a Yard called
Ship Yard & also the London Apprentice
Yard, was Executed by
Mr Maddock, Mr Kinliside & Mr Spotswood to the Trustees
appointed by the Parish and the Purchase money being Five
Hundred & Forty Pounds was paid-Also a Bond of Indempnify
from the said Mr Maddock to the said Trustees to indempnify them
agst. any Clouin to any part of the Premises which may at any
time hereafter be set up by the Heirs of Mr King in the Abstract of
the Title mentioned was also Executed-as was likewise a
Mortgage from the Trustees to the Advances of the Purchase money
