John Brown< no role > maketh oath that he
heretofore rented a house at the yearly Rent of five Pounds
& Ten Shillings at Ratcliffe Cross in the Hamlet of
Ratcliffe in the Parish of St Dunstan Stepney in the
Sd County & that during such his residence there in he
was Charged to and paid Poors Rates for the same
That he has not Since rented a house Lodging or other
Tenement of the yearly rent or Value of Ten Pounds or
upwards or Paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
or done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
That he hath a wife named Susannah< no role > to whom he was
lawfully married and who is at Present absent
from him in Places to him unknown
