in the parish of St Botolph witht
Aldgate
in the said County & did not afterwards rent a
house of the yearly rent or Value of Ten Pounds or
Serve any Parish office or pay any Poore Rates or Kings
Taxes or do any Act to gain a settlement elsewhere nor
hath she this Deponent since his Death done any Act to
gain a settlement for herself & that she was lawfully
married to her said late husband.
