< no role > deced maketh oath that she has been Credibly
informed & which she believes to be true that her said
late husband was duly bound to & Served the three last
Years of his Apprenticeship with Edward Scott< no role > a waterman
in King Henry yard in she parish of St Botolph witht
Aldgate in the sd County That to this Deponts Knowledge
or belief her sd husband did not after the Expiration of his
sd Apprenticeship rent a house of the yearly rent or Value
of Ten pounds or serve any Parish office or pay any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes or do any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement nor hath she this Deponent since his death
lived as a hired Servant for a year or been married or
done any act to gain a Settlement for herself & that
she this Depont was married to her said late husband
at the Fleet in the year one thousand seven hundred
and forty
