absent from her in his Majesties Service on board
the Swallow Sloop That he has informed her and
which She believes to be true That he duly Served
his Apprenticeship with one John Madale < no role > a Glover
in the Parish of Chipping Norton in the County
of Oxford & has not since done any Act to her
knowledge or belief to gain another Settlement
& that She was lawfully married to her sd husband
by whom She hath a Child & lawful Issue now
living named Thomas < no role > Aged five Months.
