maketh oath That her Said husband is now absent from her
at Sea That her Said husband divers years ago Rented a house
of the yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds in the Butcher Row
in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Said County
& was Charged to & paid Poors Rates for the Same & by means
thereof gained a legal Settlement there That he has not
Since rented a house of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten
Pounds or upwards or Served any Parish office or paid any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement That She this Deponent hath a Child now living
named Rebecca < no role > aged about fifteen Months the lawful
Issue of this Deponent by her Said husband to whom She
was lawfully married.

That divers years ago She was hired & lived as ahired servant
at Certain Wages by & with Mr James Hixon< no role > a
Coalmerchant in Burr Street in the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County & Continued there
in Such Service under the Said hiring for the Space of
Fifteen months & by means thereof gained a legal Settlemt
there That She has not Since lived as a hired servant for a
year elsewhere nor was She ever Married nor hath She
done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
