Margaret Lewis< no role > the Wife of Henry Lewis< no role >
who is absent from her maketh oath That can give no Account
respecting his Settlement or the Settlement of his Parents or
either of them That divers Years ago She was hired & lived as a
hired Servant by the year by & with Capn Taylor in Flushing
Yard in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the sd County
at Certain Wages & Continued there in her sd Masters Service
for about the Space of Five months & then this Depont removed
with her Said Master & Mistress to Upper Thames Street in
the Parish of St Andrew Ward to be in the City of London
Where She Served the remainder of thesd year & by
Means there of gained a legal Settlement there That She did
not afterwards live as a hired Servant for a year nor do
any Act to gain anothr Settlement Save what She has
Acquired by her Marriage as afore sd. That She was
lawfully Married to her Said husband & hath two children
namely Mary < no role > aged about three years & Susanna < no role > aged
about Nineteen Months the lawful Issue of this Depont
by her Said husband
