maketh oath that divers ago her said husband Rented a house in
Rose & Crown Court in Rosemary Lane in the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex & was
Charged to & paid the Kings Tax for the Same & by means thereof
as She this Deponent is advised he gained a legal settlement there
for himself & Family That to this Deponents Knowledge or belief
her said husband has not since rented a house of the yearly
Rent or Value of Ten Pounds nor Served any Parish office nor
paid any Poors Rates or kings Taxes nor done any Act to
gain a subsequent settlement.
