Middlesex, to wit,

Thomas Gibson< no role > of the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
Beadle , maketh Oath, That he has been informed
that Michael Kelly< no role > and Judith< no role > his Wife were
lawfully married, and that the said Michael
Kelly
< no role > was born in Ireland , and never did any
Act to gain a Settlement in England That he
has also been informed that the said Michael
Kelly
< no role > deserted his said Wife for several Years, and
that she cohabited with one Baker, and
that during such absence the said Judith Kelly< no role >
had one Daughter called by the Name of Sarah
Baker
< no role > , and that the said Sarah Baker< no role > was born
in Long Alley , Moorfields , in the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex ,
And further saith, that he has been informed by
the said Sarah Baker< no role > that she can gives no
Account whatever of the Settlement of her said
Mother, and that she the said Sarah Baker < no role > was
never bound an Apprentice, lived as a Yearly
Servant with any Person or Persons for the space
of one Year together, or did any other Act to her
knowledge or belief to gain a Settlement in
her own right And this Deponent further
saith, that the said Sarah Baker< no role > being
Poor and unable to provide for herself hath
applied
