Ordered that the Consideration of the above nominations be referred to
the House Committee

At this Court Edward Stephenson< no role > Esqr Thomas Templeman< no role > Esqr and
Mr. Thomas Whipham< no role > Junior were elected Governors of these Hospitals and
the charge was read to Mr Templeman and Mr Whipham

The Treasurer reported that he had received from Mr. Whipham a
Benefaction of £50 on for the of both Hospitals

Ordered that the Thanks of the Court be communicated to Mr. Whipham
for his kind and Charitable donation

The Court then proceeded to the election of the following Officers and
Servants and to a choice of Committees for the ensuing Year.
