The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed

The Minutes of the House Committee of the 6th. April were read
and confirmed whereby it appeared

That the Committee had approved of Edward Stephenson< no role >
Esqr Thomas Templeman< no role > Esqr and Mr Thos Whipham< no role >
Junior to be Governors of these Hospitals

That the Committee had approved of Arthur. Annesley
Powell
< no role > of Devonshire Place Esqr . and Philip Deare< no role > of
Nottingham Place Esqr as Sureties for the Clerk

That the Committee had consented that the Lease of
Premises in Bishops gate Street agreed to be granted to Messrs
Janson and Howard (except the Area and Passage to the
Meeting House) should be granted to Mr. William Hobson< no role >
(the Surveyor having reported that considerably more than the
Sum agreed to be laid out had been expended) and that a Lease
of the Area and passage should be granted to Messrs. Janson and
Howard at a Pepper Corn Rent.
