Continued Thursday 16th: July 1795 .

That she should have her full daily labor allotted to her by
the Superintendant and be employed in Spinning Knitting or
such other work for which she might be found capable and
might be most likely to obtain employment and livelihood
for her when dismissed the House.

That the Prisoners committed for any less time than 14 days
should be kept in seperate Cells (if there be room for them)
and in all other respects be washed and employed as the other
Prisoners but not to have the Cloathing of the House except by
a special order of the weekly Committee

That a seperate room should be appropriated as a Workshop for
such Persons as the Committee might direct to be continued in
the House after the expiration of their commitments

That the Superintendant should keep an account of their respec-
tive earnings to enable the Committee to judge whether any and
what allowances should be made to them for the same

That all such Persons should be obliged to conform to the
hours and other regulations of the House and not be permitted
to go out unless with the consent of the Weekly Committeethe
the Treasurer or the Chaplain.

That during their probationary Stay they might be indulged
with wearing the Appearel of the House.

That all Vagrants committed in order to be passed to their
respective Parishes should be obliged to perform as much
work as they were able and be kept seperate from the other
Prisoners

That a Copy of the above orders should be given to the temporary
Porter Beadles Matron and Superintendant.

That the Chaplain should be also furnished with a Copy of the
above regulations and be informed that there was no impediment
to his attending the Female Prisoners in such manner as might
best conduce to their reformation.
