The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.

The Minutes of the House Committee of the 4th. March last were read
and confirmed whereby it appeared

That the Committee had consented that the Leases of the premises
agreed to be let to Dr. Sherson and Mr. Jno. Allen< no role > as Trustees
for Mr. Richd. James< no role > might be granted to him he having attain'd
the Age of 21 Years.

That the Committee had also Consented that the Executors of the
late Sylvanus Hall< no role > might Assign the Lease of a House in Chatham
place to William Willis< no role > Esqr .

And had ordered that John Orange< no role > late Apprentice to John
Sanders
< no role > and James Wilkins< no role > late Apprentice to John Harris< no role > shd.
be inquired after for Mr. Fowkes Gift.
