Continued Thursday 10th. July 1794 .

And that Mr. Sebbon should continue to serve the
Hospital with Milk as usual.

That William Packer< no role > having attended the Committee and
stating that he had made a mistake in his estimate
for performing the Repairs and making the Alterations
and improvements at the Hospital and that the sum
for which he had offered to do the same was greatly
insufficient he had therefore refused to abide by his
proposal delivered to the last Committee and to Sign
a Contract.

The Committee had resolved to accept the proposal of
Messrs. Poynder and Statford delivered to the last
Committee for performing the whole of the Repairs
for £846. also their proposal for making the
Alterations and improvements at the South entrance
of the Hospital for £355. the same to be Completed
on or before the 1st. November next.

That the Treasurer had appointed Wm. Copeland< no role >
to be Junior Assistant Basketman to the Hospital
where he had been two months on Trial and that the
Committee had approved the appointment.

That the Treasurer had proposed to the Committee
that the Printing for the Hospital should be done
at the Philanthropic Reform which proposition
the Committee approved.

The Minutes of the Prison Committee of the 14th May &
11th. June last were read and Confirmed whereby it appeared
That the Clerk informed the Committee he had sent the
notice agreeably to their order of the 9th. of April
last to the following Artsmasters who had Lodgers
and Inmates in the Hospital Vizt.
