The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.
The minutes of the House Committee of the 7th. May the 4th. June
and 2d. July were read and confirmed whereby it appeared.
That the Committee having proceeded to take into conson
the minutes of the Committee of Auditors of the 7th. April
last referred to the Committee by the general Court found
that no part of the delay which had occurred in the Settlement
of Mr. Shawes Rent was imputable to him.
And Resolved that his Lease be immediately ingrossed.
And at the request of Mr. Shawe the Committee
Resolved that in case the Governors of the Hospital shod.
at any future him have it in contemplation to cover the
Ground between the Chapel and Mr. Shawes House and Offices
with Houses or other Buildings Notice should be given to
Mr. Shawe of every Resolution that shd. be passed respectd.

That an application was made to the Committee by Mr.
