At this Court the following Gentleman were nominated to be Govrs.
of these Hospitals Vizt. Samuel Long< no role > of Piccadilly Esqr . Robert Precious< no role > of
Coleman Street in the City of London Esqr . and of Chancery Lane
in the City of London Esqr . It Rogers Jontin< no role > Ordered that the consideration of this
Nomination be referred to the Committee of this House who are desired to
make their Report therein to this Court.

Locks Gift


Mr. Deputy Rogers and Richard Austin< no role > Esqr . Two of the Govrs .
reported that in pursuance of an Order of Court of the 22nd day of
January last they had made an Inquiry and found that Henry Box< no role >
late apprentice to Joshua Pricket< no role > was set up for himself and has
the Character of a Diligent and Sober man It is Ordered that
the Steward do pay the said Henry Box Ten Pounds out of Mr. Looks
Gift to be allowed him in his next account

Bateman Matthew< no role >
to be paid £10 Fowkes Gift


William Loveday< no role > Esquire one of the Governors reported that in
pursuance of an Order of Court of the 22nd. day of January last he had
had made an Enquiry and found that Mathew Bateman< no role > late Apprentice
to Edward Owen< no role > was set up for himself and has the Character of a
Diligent and Sober Man It is Ordered that he Clerk do pay the
said Mathew Bateman< no role > Ten Pounds out of Mr. Fowkes Gift to be
allowed him in his next account.

Dent William to be paid £10

Mr. Joseph Brasbridge< no role > one of the Governors reported that in
pursuance of an Order of Court of the 22nd of January last he had made
an Enquiry and found that William Dent< no role > late Apprentice to John Harris< no role >
was set up for himself and has the Character of a Diligent & Sober
Man It is Ordered that the Clerk do pay the said William Dent< no role >
Ten Pounds out of Mr. Fowkes Gift to be allowed him in his next
account
