Petitioner hereby offering and Agreeing to give such security for
receiving him again when discharged from that Hospital as
your Worships shall think proper It is Ordered that the

in Bethlem
Hospital upon three persons becoming Securities by Bond
to the Treasurer
in the penalty of Two Hundred pounds with
the usual condition of Bonds given for other Patients
admitted into the said Hospital.

Apprentices as the Court should think proper and to keep
his House in repair with Glazing Plaistering and
Whitewashing at his Own expence as is usually done by
Artsmasters and to comply with all Orders of Court and
Committee in relation to Artsmasters and each praying to
be Elected an Artsmaster The Governors gave their Ballots
which being cast up the Numbers appeared to be for each
