Annexed setforth the Names of all such Tenants who at
Christmas last were above Nine Months in Arrear with the
Sums they respectively owed their Annual Rents and in
whose Collection the same are And We find that the following
under mentioned Sums have been carried on in the Books
as Old Arrears for several years and there being no prospect
of getting in the same We are of Opinion that they should
be wrote off in the next years account all which is
nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court.
