Reader of this Hospital addressed to the
Right Worshipful the President the Worshipful the
Treasurer and the Governors
of Bridewell
and Bethlem
Hospitals in the words and figures following Vizt.
"Gentlemen I take the Liberty to offer to your
"Consideration an Historical Account which I have
"drawn up, of the Origin, Progress, and present state
"of Bethlem Hospital. If it should meet your
"Approbation and can in any shape be rendered useful
"to the Interest of that excellant Charity Ishall be happy
"to leave it at your Disposal. I have the Honor to be
"Gentlemen Your very obliged and devoted Servant

made and seconded that the Treatise mentioned in such
Letter be Read and the Question being put it passed in
the Affirmative an the same was read accordingly as
follows Vizt.
