who is inclinable to fill up the Vacancy may give in their
Names at the Clerks Office (where they will receive further
Information) any Morning before the 18th. Day of November
Instant soon after which there will be an Election.

and Fish Skin Case Makers left their Names and Notice being
given them that the Committee would meet this Day to consider
of the several Applications that had been made the following
Persons attended and brought Samples of their work Vizt.

they both professed themselves
to be of the Church of England as by Law Established and the
Committee upon the best Enquiry they could make have no
reason to object to the Character of either of them or their Skill
in their Trades All which is nevertheless submitted to the

Sellingforth that he is willing to take such a Number of
Apprentices as the Court shall order and to keep his
Apartment in repair with flooring Glazing plastering and
whilewashing at his own Expence and to comply with all
Orders of the Court and Committee made and to be made
in relation to Artsmasters and each praying to be admitted
an Artsmaster the Governors gave their Ballots which being
cast up the Numbers appeared to be for each as follows
