Continued Thursday 21st Novr. 1782 .

Elected and it is Ordered that the said John
Harris
< no role > (on producing a Copy of his Freedom of this City
and delivering a Certificate of his last legal Settlement
to the Clerk.) be admitted an Artsmaster of this Hospital
until the next Election Day and to have such Apartment
as the Committee of this House shall think proper and
that the Journeymen which he shall Employ in his Trade
shall be such as have served their Apprenticeship in
this Hospital

Hopkins John< no role > £1000 and
£1000 part of his Bequest of
£4000 three per Cent Old sea
Annuities to the Incurable Patients
be Transferred to the President Treasr.

It is Ordered by this Court that the
several Sums of one Thousand Pounds and one Thousand
Pounds part of four Thousand Pounds three per cent.
old South Sea Annuities bequeathed by the Will of
John Hopkins< no role > Goldsmith late Citizen of London to the
President Treasurer and Governors of Bethlem Hospital
for Curable and Incurable Patients harboured and kept
there (which has been Transferred under that General
Denomination and Description) be Assigned & Transferred
unto Brass Crosby< no role > Esqr . President Richard Clark< no role > Esqr .
Treasurer Henry Cranke< no role > and John Woodhouse< no role > Esqr .
Governors of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals for the
use of the Poor Curable and Incurable Patients
harboured and kept in Bethlem Hospital in like
manner as the South Sea and other Annuities
belonging to the said Hospitals have been hitherto
Transferred and that an Application be respectfully
made to the Governor Deputy Governor & other Directors
of the South Sea Company to obtain such Transfers

All Dividends thereon to be paid
to the Treasurer


And it is further Ordered that all Dividends
now due and in Arrear and to become due be paid
to Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . the now Treasurer of the
said Hospital
