At this Court the Vacancy of an Artsmaster was
declared on the Resignation of Mr. William Wilby< no role > Senr .

House Committee to settle
Boundarys with the Parish
of Saint Ann Black Friars }


It is Ordered that it be referred to the House
Committee to treat with the Minister Overseers & Chapel Wardens
and other Inhabitants of this Precinct and with the Minister
Church Wardens Overseers of the poor and other Inhabitants of the
Parish of Saint Ann Blackfryars and to settle an Agreement for
ascertaining the Boundary between the said Parish and this
Hospital and Precinct and for applying to Parliament for an
Act to Confirm such Agreement

It is Ordered that the Clerk do state a Case and take the
Opinion of Council respecting the Transfer of the several Sums of
£1000 and £1000.. £3 Pcent old South sea Annuities
Bequeathed by the Will of John Hopkins< no role > Goldsmith deceased late
Citizen of London to the President Treasurer and Governors of
Bethlem Hospital for the Use of the poor Curable & Incurable
Patients harboured and kept there and Transferred to them
by or under that general Denomination.

Surveyor to examine Schedules
of the Fixtures in the Houses of
the Officers Artsmasters and
Beadles belonging to this Hospl.


it is Ordered that the Surveyor do forthwith Examine
the different Schedules of the Fixtures in the Houses and
Apartments of the several Officers Artsmasters and Beadles
belonging to this Hospital and regulate and Compleat the same.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Thos. Price< no role >
Citizen and Weaver Settingforth That he served his
Apprenticeship in this Hospital to William Wilby< no role > senior
by Indenture dated 31st. July 1770 and by Order of Court of
the 17th. day of October 1777 was made free of this City the 10th. day
of September 1782 was set up for himself in his Trade as a
Weaver in Kirby Street Hatton Garden and praying part of
Mr. Fowkes Gift It is Ordered that Edwd. Atkins< no role > Esqr . Mr
Cumberledge and Mr. Turner or any two of them be desired to
