Mercer John to be paid
£10 Locks Gift


that John Mercer< no role > late Apprentice to William Dell< no role > was
set up for himself in his Trade and has the Character of a
diligent and sober Man It is Ordered that the Steward
do pay the said John Mercer< no role > Ten Pounds out of Mr Locks
Gift to be allowed him in his next Account.

Bouring Josiah< no role > to be
made free


At this Court Josiah Bouring< no role > late Apprentice
to William Wilby< no role > Junr . was Ordered to be made free of
this City Gratis.

Gratuity of £50 to Mr.
Henry White< no role > Steward
of Bethlem .


A Motion being made and seconded that a Gratuity
of Fifty Pounds be given to Mr. Henry White< no role > Steward of
Bethlem Hospital as a further mark of the governors
Approbation of his Conduct and reward for his Diligence &
faithful Attention to the Duties of his Office and the Serices
thereby rendered to the Charity and the Question being put it
passed in the Affirmative unanimously It is Ordered
that Mr treasurer be desired to pay the said Mr. White
Fifty Pounds to be allowed him in his next Account.
