Porter's Salary to be
in future £80 P Ann

That for the future his Salary be £80.. a Year and no
Perquisites paid by the Hospital and that he be not allowed
to indulge any Prisoner with a Bed except by Order of the
Chamberlain of London or the Prison Committee or (in Case of
Sickness) of one of the medical Officers or of the Steward of
Bridewell All which is nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment
of the Court This Court having duly weighed and
considered the said Report doth Confirm the same.

The Petitions of the Candidates for the place of Porter to this
Hospital in the room of John Brown< no role > deceased being read in
Alphabetical Order Vizt William Dell< no role > and Thomas Holt< no role > the said
William Dell< no role > with drew his Petition and the Question being
thereupon put that the said Thomas Holt< no role > be Elected Porter upon
holding up of Hands it unanimously passed in the Affirmative
Whereupon the Right Worshipful Brackley Kennett< no role > Esqr .
Alderman President declared the said Thomas Holt< no role > to be
duly Elected Porter of the said Hospital till the next Election
Day And it is Ordered that he shall have and Enjoy the
usual Salary and Apartment in this Hospital which the
said John Brown< no role > had And it is further Ordered that the
said Thomas Holt< no role > be sworn Constable of this Hospital and
Precinct as his Predecssors in the said Office have usually
been.

At this Court the Vacancy of a Beadle was declared
in the room of Thomas Holt< no role > Elected Porter in the room of John
Brown< no role > deceased and at the same time the rest of the Beadles
Prayed to be removed according to their Seniority and that
Richard Morrall< no role > the Porters Man may be Junior Beadle It
was Ordered accordingly.

At this Court the Vacancy of a Porters Man was
declared in the room of Ricd. Morrall< no role > removed to be Junior Beadle
and it is Ordered that it be referred to the House Committee to
consider what are or ought to be the duty Salary and Perquisites
of the Porters Man and report the same to the Court.
