Davis Reynold elected
Porter in the room of Wm.
Dodd
Peaceably out the House that the Steward should pay him one Guinea
P Week for his support and Maintenance untill further Order and the said
William Dodd< no role >
being now called in and a Petition delivered by him to this Court,
read praying to be Restored to his place It is the Opinion of this Court and they
do Order that the said
William Dodd< no role >
be discharged from his Office of Porter
of the
said Hospital of Bethlem
but in Consideration of his having a large Family It is
further Ordered That Mr. Treasr. Kinleside do pay the Sum of £25
to Mr Deputy Rogers to be by him given to the said
William Dodd< no role >
according to his
discretion for his Families support & Maintenance until he can get into some
way of Business And it is further Ordered that
Reynold Davis< no role >
the Senior
Basket Man
be and he is hereby Chosen and Elected Porter
of the said
Hospital in the room of the said
William Dodd< no role >
until the next Election
day.
