Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Edward Williams< no role > Settingforth
that he served his Apprentiship in this Hospital to William Tarrant< no role >
late one of the Artmasters and by Order of this Court was made free of
the City of London and was set up for himself in his Trade and
Praying Mr Fowkis Gift It is Ordered that John Hiorne< no role > Esqr .
Mr. Deputy Fouch & Wm. Goman< no role > Esqr . or any two of them be desired to
Inquire if the said Edwd Williams< no role > be set up for himself in his Trade
& of his hopefulness therein and Repot the same to the Court

Driver Lewis< no role > the Like


Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Lewis Driver Setting forth
that he served his Apprentiship in the Hospital to Robert Hadwen< no role > late
one of the Artmasters and by Order of this Court was made free of the
City of London and was set up for himself in his Trade and Praying
Mr. Fowkes Gift It is Ordered that Francis Wilson< no role > Esqr . Joseph
Gape
< no role > Esqr . & Gustavus Brander< no role > Esqr . or any two of them be desired to
Inquire if the said Lewis Driver be set up for himself in his Trade
& of his hopefulness therein and Report the same to the Court

Settingforth that he served his Apprentiship in this Hospital to John
Packer

free of the City of London & was set up for himself in his Trade and
Praying Mr Locks Gift It is Ordered that Mr Richard Crowther< no role >
Richd Sheldon< no role > Esqr . & Mr. Robert Harding< no role > or any two of them be
desired to Inquire if the said Samuel Grainger< no role > be set up for himself in
his Trade & of this hopefulness therein & Report the same to the Court

Dunston Thomas to be
paid £10 Fowkes Gift


Charles Vere< no role > Esqr . & Mr. Richard Crowther< no role > two of the governors
Reported that in Pursuance of an Order of Court of the 6th. of January last
they had made an Inquiry and found that Thomas Dunston< no role > late
Apprentice to Henry Heafford< no role > is set up for himself in his Trade and has
the Character of a Diligent and Sober Man It is Ordered that the
Clerk do pay the said Thomas Dunston £10 out of Mr Fowkes Gift
to be allowed him in his next Account.
