having
resigned his said Office This Court have thought fit to declare
the Vacancy And it is hereby referred to Mr. treasurer
and
the Grand Committee of Bethlem Hospital (with the Assistance
of the Physician and Surgeon) to prepare and form such
Rules and Regulations for the Conduct of the Apothecary
to be
Elected for the same Hospital as to them should seem necessary
and Expedient and Report the same with their Opinion thereon
at the next Court And it is Ordered that an Apothecary be
then Elected for the said Hospital Subject to such Rules Orders
and Regulations and upon such Terms as the Court shall then
Establish and direct And in the mean Time that the Shop be
fitted up under the direction of the treasurer
and Dr. Monro.

Most Gracious Majesty Praying that the Sentence of Death
lately Passed an
