forth That the governors
of this Hospital on the 9th. day of March last
Contracted with the Petitioner to demise to him his Executors Administrators
and Assigns from Lady day 1771 for the Term of 21 Years All that Messuage
or Tenement situate in Lime Street
Square in the City of London
at and
under the Yearly Rent of £24 payable as therein mentioned the said
Petitioner entring into the usual Covenants contained in Leases granted to
the Tenants of the Hospital of Bethlem
That the Petitioner had agreed
with

. to Assign over to him All his
Interest and Benefit in the said Contract if the Court should Please
And Praying that the Lease of said Premises might be made & Granted
