The Company are to pull down and carry away all the Shops, Sheds, Mills
Engines and Stables which are now Standing on the Premises.
6th.
At the Assignment of the Leases abovementioned the Hospital to pay the Company
£1100 and acquit them of all Obligations to Rebuild or otherwise
And We further Certify that the Surveyors as well on behalf of the said Governor
any Company as of this Hospital having Viewed and Valued the Premises and
having severally Reported their respective Opinions to their Employers Mr treasurer
Assisted by the Clerk of this Hospital attended a Court of the said Governor and Co
this Day and after some time spent in Treating and different offers made on both
Sides, the said Governor and Co. came to a final Resolution to Surrender their
said Lease on the Conditions abovementioned at the Price of £900 and Mr.
treasurer
having now made a Report thereof to this Committee We are
unanimously of Opinion that it will before the benefit of this Hospital to Contract
and agree with the said Governor and Co. for a Surrender of their said Lease
upon the Terms and Conditions afd. All which is nevertheless Submitted to the
Judgment of this Court." This Court having duly weighed & Considered
the said Report doth unanimously confirm the same.
