James Smith< no role > one of the Artsmasters in this Hospital attemted pursuant
to an Order of Court of the 26th. of July last and being asked by Mr. President if he wod.
Conform to the Order of Court made the said 26th. of July last for the bette Regulation
of Artsmasters and their Apprentices and the said James Smith< no role > behaving in a very
indecent and insolent Manner. It is Ordered that the said James Smith< no role > her
Reprimanded and being called in was Reprimanded by Mr. President accordingly

Charter of Bridewell
Hospital to be laid before
House Comittee


It is Ordered that the Charter of Bridewell Hospital be laid before the Houses
Committee for them to Examine the same and Report to this Court the Powers
therein contained

& Dr. Mours to Consider the
same


Upon reading a Letter from Mr. Thomson directed to sir Richd. Glyn< no role > Bart in
the Words and Figures following Vizt. Mr. Thomsons Compliments wait on Sir Rict
Glyn
< no role > and takes the Liberty to request if the Surveyor has no Print or Plan of the
Out side of Bethlem Hospital that Sir Richd. would be so good as to let him draw one
for which he will chearfully satisfy him. The Plan of the Inside is not necessary
But any Printed Rules or Regulations for he Management of That Hospital Would be
also very acceptableAustin Fryars< no role > 26 June 1764 It is Ordered that it be
referred to the Committee of Bethlem Hospital with the Assistance of Dr. Monro to
consider the said Letter and to do therein as they shall think Proper

Sparshot thos. not to be
Continued an Artsmaster


It is Ordered that Thomas Sparshot< no role > shall not be continued an Artsmaster
in this Hospital and that he have Directions to quit his Apartments in Six Months

Bunyard William to be
an 10th Mr. Fowkes Gift,


Mr. William Kinleside< no role > & Mr. Thomas Horne< no role > tow of the governors reported
that in pursuance of an Order of Court of the 26 of July last they had made an
Inquiry & found that William Bunyard< no role > who served his Apprentiship in this Hospital
and Jobon Man It is Ordered that the Clerk do pay him Ten Pounds out of Mr. Fowkes
Gift to be Allowed him in his next Account
