be Admitted an Incurable Patient into Bethlem Hospital
on the Next Vacancy And that the said Richard Woodhouse< no role >
Do not of the Money in his
Hands Pay the Usual Fees on such her Admission and out of the Money he shall hereafter
Receive in the first Place Discharge such Sums as are Usually and Annually Paid by
Incurables and in Providing Cloaths Proper for a Person in her Condition and if any
Over Plus shall remain in his hands after such Payments then that he retain the Same
Subject to the further Order of the Comittee of Bethlem Hospital
