from the Sub Comittee on a View at Wapping upon the 15th. of July last And an
Order of this Court Dated 26 Febry 1761 It is Ordered That It be Referred to the
Comittee to Demise the Messuages or Tenements Comprised In Several Lease in
the said Report Mentioned On the Expiration thereof In such Manner as they
shall think most beneficial and that the Comittee have Power to Feat with
Anthony Deane< no role > Esqr . In the said Report Mentioned As to any Defects in the
Reparis of such Houses and to Give Notices to Repair If Necessary And that
the Comittee have power to Treat with Sir Gregory Page< no role > Bart . Under Lossee of
Eight Houses which have been burnt down for Satisfaction in that Respect

Upon Reading the Report of the Comittee of 17th. December last of the Resignation
of Samuel Geldart< no role > one of the Artsmasters of this Hospital It is Ordered
that such Resignation be accepted and that the Election of an Artsmaster In his
Room shall be at the Next Court and that Notice be Incerted in the Tickets of such
Election and that an Advertizement be published in the Publick Papers 14
Days before such Election Pursuant to the Order of 13th. Novr. 1755 Resivings
a former Order of 22d. June 1716.
