wch is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgement of the Court
This Court having duly weighed & Considered the sd Report
Doth Confirm the same And Order a Lease to be made to the sd. Francis
Dodd Accordingly

Hospital to consider of an Infirmary for Women and do therein
as they shall think proper.
