At this Comittee Francis Dodd< no role > of
proposed to take a lease of a House in
Wapping (No. 5 ) formerly in Occupation of Thomas Lumsden< no role > &
late of Thos. Dyall< no role > ) for 7 Years from Michas next & to lay out
before Xmas next £20 in the Repairs mentioned in an Estimate
Signed by Thos. Holden< no role > & dated 19th Instant & to pay £14 for the
first three Years & to pay for the remaining 4 years £12 P
Ann rent quarterly clear of Taxes at Bridewell Hospital & to
Execute a Counter part of such Lease

And at the same time Thos. Carr< no role > of Wapping Dock
Victualler proposed to late a Lease of the same House for 7.14
or 21 Years from Michas next at £8. P Ann rent clear of Taxes
& to Lay out £20 in the Repairs mentioned in a Paper he produced
This Comee having Considered the sd. proposals are of
Opinion to accept the sd proposal of the sd Francis Dodd All
wch is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgement of the Court
This Court having duly weighed & Considered the sd Report
Doth Confirm the same And Order a Lease to be made to the sd. Francis
Dodd Accordingly

At his Court the Charge was read to Mr Deputy Henry
Pointer< no role > as a Governor of these Hospitals and at the same time
he gave Mr. Trear a bank Note of £50 for the Use of Bethlem
Hospital, and the Court returned him thanks for his kind benefaction

Infirmary at Bith Referrd
to Comee

Ordered That it be referr'd to the Grand Comittee of Bethlem
Hospital to consider of an Infirmary for Women and do therein
as they shall think proper.
