Mr. Richard Manby< no role > one of the Governors of these Hospitals
Reported to this Court that in Pursuance of an Order of Court
the 24th. of July 1751 he and Edward Umfreville< no role > Esquire two
of the Governors of these Hospitals had made enquiry & found
that Edward Feild< no role > who Served his Apprenticeship in this
Hospital to Mr. Sutton Sharpe< no role > Needlemaker is set up for
himself in his said Trade and has the Character of a Diligent &
Sober ManIt is Ordered that the Steward of this Hospital do
give and pay unto the said Edward Feilds Ten Pounds out of Mr Locks Gift to
be Allowed him in his next Account.

Jones Jno. £10 Locks gift

Mr. William Singleton< no role > one of the Governors of these Hospitals
Reported to this Court that in Pursuance of an Order of Court the
24th. of July 1751 he and Mr. Richard Riley< no role > two [..]
of the Governors of these Hospitals had made enquiry and found
that John Jones< no role > who Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital
to Mr. Robert Hadwen< no role > Tailer is set up for himself in the sd.
Trade and has the Character of a Diligent and Sober Man
It is Ordered That the Steward of this Hospital Do give
and pay unto the said John Jones Ten pounds out of Mr. Locks Gifts to be
Allowed him in the next Account.

At this Court the following poor boys were Ordered to be put out
Apprentices of the Nomination of the Govrs herein after Named Vizt.
