And this Committee having Considered the said respective
Proposals are unanimously of Opinion to Accept the proposal
of the said Thomas Jornegan which is as follows ViztTo take
a Lease of the premes for 61 years from Lady day next whereof the two first years
to be Allowed for building and for the residue of the sd form to pay
£40 a year rent clean of Taxes and also to pay £200 for the Old
Materials and to build five houses and lay out Two thousand pounds
All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment
of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the
next CourtThis Court having duly Weighed and Considered the
said Report Doth Confirm the same And Order that a Lease be made
Accordingly to the said Thomas Jornegan with usual Covenants
