Upon reading a Report from the Committee of this House bearing date the 27th of
March last under the hands of Edward Holloway< no role > Esqr . Treasurer Dr . Richard
Rawlinson
< no role > Mr. Gilbert Malcher< no role > Mr. Thomas Morris< no role > & Phineas Cheeke< no role > Esqr .
as follows Vizt

At this Committee the Petition of Richard Harvey< no role > of Barfriston in the County of Kent
Gentleman (which was referred to them by Order of Court the 7th. of March instant) was
read setting forthThat the Petr is informed that Nathaniel Allen< no role > who holds under
the Governours a Farm called Barston farm in Kent at the Yearly Rent of £80 instant
to quit Passion of the said Farm at Michas nextThat the Petr proposed to take a Lease
of the said Farm for Twenty one Years to commence from Michas last or Michas next
at the same Rent of £80 P Ann payable quarterly at the Counting house of Bridewell
Hospital the Lease to contain usual Covenants with a Covenant not to assign without
Licence and to execute a Counterpart of such LeaseAnd praying a Lease according
to his said proposalsThis Comee being informed that the said Allen has quitted
the Farm to the said Richard Harvey< no role > and that he is willing to take the same and pay
the Rent from Michas last are of Opinion to grant a new Lease of the same to the
said Richard Harvey< no role > to Commence from Michas last at the said Rent of £80 P Ann
according to his said Proposall All which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment
of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the CourtThis
Court having duly weighed and considered the said Report doth confirm the same
and Order that a Lease be made to the said Richard Harvey< no role > accordingly.

be placed under Cover one
at the end of each Garden}


Upon reading a Report from the Grand Committee of Bethlem Hospital bearing
date the 14th. March last under the hands of Edward Holloway< no role > Esquire Treasurer
Joseph Ayliffe< no role > Esquire Auditor Genl . Dr . Richard Rawlinson< no role > Mr. Gilbert Malcher< no role >
Mr. James Heywood< no role > Mr. James Phillips< no role > Mr. Joseph Speed< no role > & Mr. William
Singleton
< no role > as follows Vizt.In pursuance of an Order of Court the 20th. of Decr.
last this Committee have considered of a proper lace where to part the Stone figures of
Lunaticks which were upon the Pillars of the Gates of Bethlem Hospital And do
not find any convenient Place for that purpose within the HospitalBut are of
Opinion that it would be proper to place the said Figures under Cover one at the [..]
of each Garden of this Hospital All which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of
the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the Court
Court having duly weighed and considered the said Report doth confirm the same.

Ballance of the Accounts of these Hospitalls to Christmas last which
were Audited the 20th. of March last the Ballance of Bridewell being
