Upon reading the Humble Petition of Richard Harvey< no role > of Barfreston in the
County of Kent Gentleman Setting forthThat the Petitioner is Informed that
Nathaniel Allen< no role > who holds under the Governours a Farm called Barston Farm
in Rent at the Yearly Rent of £80 intends to quit Possession of said Term of
Michaelmas nextThat the Petitioner proposer to take a Lease of the said Term
for 21 Years to commence from Mr [..] mas last or Michaelmas next at the Same
Rent of £80 P Ann payable at the Renting House of Bridewell Hospital the Lease
to contain usual Covenants with a Covenant not Assign without Licence & to Executed
Counter port of such LeaseAnd praying the Governours to grant him a Lease
According to his said proposalsIt is Ordered that the said Petitioner be
referred to the Committee of this House to Consider thereof and to report their
Opinion therein to the Court.

Martins Lane Charring Cross Innholder & Joseph Hudson< no role > of St. Martins Lane
Charing Cross ChandlerThat on the 13th. of Novr. last the Petitioner Marsh
agreed to take a Lease of the Governours for 21 Years of a Messuage or Tenement
in St. Martins Lane Charring Cross (part of the Possession of the Hospital of Bethelem)
thin in the Occupation of William Howard< no role > to commence from Christmas last at the
Yearly Rent of £20 Clear of Taxes payable quarterly at the Counting House of the
Hospital of Bridewell London The Petitioner being Allowed £5 for Repairs out
of the first Years Rent & to execute the counterpart of such Lease with usual Covenant
The Petitioner is desirous the said Lace may be made to the Petitioner Joseph
Hudson

Upon reading the Humble Petition of John Camden< no role > of St. Andrew Holborn Grocer
setting forthThat the Govrs. by Indre dated 28th. July 1719 [..] to Charles Maddox< no role > Two
[..] of Ground & Twenty (our Mr Tenemt. & Sheds thereon Elected lying & being near Old
Gravel Lane in WappingTo hold from Christmass 1717 for 51 Years of the Yearly Rent of £20
which Lease as pair at Xmas 1768That said premes by several mean Assignments
are burne vested in the Petitioner for the remainder of the said Term of 51 YearsThat saved
of the sd. Misses were burnt down by the late dreadfull Fire in Sept. last whereby the Petitioner in
lyable to become a great SufferinThat if the Govrs. will be pleased to grant the Petitioner
a Lease for an additional Term of 30 Years to commence from the Expiration of the Lease in
being of the Ground whom on the said Messes that were late by Court stood the Petitioner propers
to lay our £800 in building a Sugar House on the said Ground & to pay a Tine of Twenty
Guineas & the Ground Rent to be apprehened as the Govrs. shall [..] fit & to execute a
Counter part of such LeaseAnd praying the Governors to grant hin a Lease
