a Lease thereof for 21 Years under the Rent of £70. P Ann ye. premisses being put into
tenantable repairAnd praying that the Governors will grant him a Lease according
to his said Proposal It is Ordered that it be referrd to the Comittee of this House
to consider of the said Petition and to report their opinion therein to this Court.
