That she is by Several mesne Assignments and as Admed. to her late Husband . Nicholas

< no role > deced become Intitled to 2. several Leases one (No. 3) made by the Governors of
this Hospital to Joseph Mathews< no role > of a House in Bridewell Precinct at the Yearly
Rent of £6..11.8 which expires at Xmas 1732 and the other No. 4 made to William
Appleton
< no role > of another house there at the Yearly Rent of £6..4..8 which will expire
at Midsumer 1732.That both the said Houses are mark out of repair and the
Petr, is willing to take a new Lease thereof for 21. Years to comence from the expiration
of the said former Leases at the old Rent of £12..16..4 and to pay a Time of £10. and
to repair the PremesAnd praying That the Governors will grant her a new
Lease according to her said Proposal It is Ordered That it be referrd to the
Comittee of this House ot consider of the said Petition and to report their opinion therein
to this Court

November Instant settingforthThat in Psuanc [..] order of Court of ye: 17th day of April [..] this Comittee having Considered
of Mr. Richard Barmeell< no role > Oylman in Red Croft Street who was nominated by
Richard Snow< no role > Esqr . to be one of ye Governor of these Hospital It is the opinion of this
Committee That he is a very Proper Person to be a Governor if the Court Shall think fill
which nevertheless is Submitted to the Judgment the Court And It is Ordered That
this opinion be reported to the next CourtThis Court doth elect the said
Gentleman to be a Governor of these HospitalAnd it is Ordered this
a Stiff be Sent to him accordingly
