The Workmen pursuant to an Order of the last Comittee brought in an estimate of
making 12 new Colls at the West End of the Uppermost Gallery for Women Incurable
Patients which accounted in the whole to £187..4..8 as follows Vizt.

And then this Comittee veiwd the proposed place for making the said 12 new Cell
and upon vewing the rest of the house and considering the charge it would be to make
such new Colls It was proposed to remove the Iron Grills in the middle of the Servant
Gallery and Place one of them at the Stairs head and the others at the End of 12 Cells
Eastward and to make use of these Colls for Cuarble or Incurable Women Patients as
the Governors shall think fitt and to remove the Men Patients out of these Cells into
the new Cells built at the East End of this Hospital Which will lewe thirty seven Cells
for Incurable Men Patients, and this atteration will be made with the expence only of
removing the said Iron Grills which may be again replaced in case the Governors Shall
be enabled to build the West End of this Hospital for Tucurable Women Patients
and this Comittee having considered the said last mentiond Proposal approve the
same And it is Ordered That the said Icome Grills be accordingly removed
forthwith And it is Orderd That this be reported to the next Court
This Court doth approve and confirm the same.
