Governors Elected

Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of this House dated
the 16th. of March last Settingforth That in persuance of Several orders of this
Court dated the 29th. March 1723 & the 24th July & 2d. October 1724. This
Comittee having Consider'd of the Several Gentlemen following who were
Nominated to be Governors of These Hospitall It is the Opinion of This Comittee
that they me proper persons to be Governors if the Court shall think fit: Vizt.

Discharge from ye clerk}

John Payne< no role > apprentice to William Phillips< no role > One of the Artsmasters of
this Hospital was brought before this Court from the Block where he was
Comitted by the Court the 19th Febry last for being abusive to his Master and
Mistress and beating his Fellow Apprentices and going out without Leave
And Mr. Valentine Brewis< no role > and other Gentleman Applying on his behalf & desiring he
might to Dischargd from Block The said Boy beg'd pardon of the Court
& his Master & promised Am [..] dment. for the further Whereupon. It is order'd
that he be Discharged from the Block & return home to his Matter
