Upon Reading the humble petition of William Cook< no role > Settingforth
that he Stewed his apprenticeship to Phillip Gill< no role > Weaver one of the Arts masters of
this Hospital by Indre. dated the 22d. of October 1717 & by an order of this Court
of the 18th. of December 1724 he was on the 18th Janry. last made free of this
City And this Set up for himself in his said Tradeat Mrs. Dittinghames
at Number 6 in Craven Buildings in Drury Lane And in Treasurer
Reporting to this Court that the Comittee of this House on the 16th. of March
last Inspected the Book kept of the apprentices behaviour and found no
Complaint agt. himIt is Order'd That Roger Millart< no role > Esqr . Mr.
Edwd. Salisbury< no role > & Mr. Richard Asshe< no role > three of the Governors of these Hospitals
or any two of them be Desired to Enquire whether the said William Cook< no role > be
Set up in his said Trade and of his hopefulness there in And to make their
Report to the next Court.

he Served his apprenticeship to William Phillips< no role > Weaver One of the arts masters of
this Hospital by Indr. dated the 14th. of October 1717. & by an order of this Court
of the 18th. of Decemr. 1724 he was on the 2d. of this Instant November made free
of this City and is Set up himself in his said TradeAt Mr Nipps in
King Edward Street in Bridewell Pricinct And Mr Treasurer Reporting
to this Court that the Comittee of this House on the 2d. Novr. indent Inspected
the Book kept of the Apprentices behaviour & found no Complaint agt. him
It is Order'd That Mr. Thos. Nicoll< no role > Mr. Depty Turner & Mr Francis Ives< no role >
three of the Governors of these Hospitals or any two of them be Desired to Enquire
whether the said James Haley< no role > be Set up on his said Trade & of his hopefulness
therein And to make their Report to the next Court.
