Mr: Treasurer acquinted the Court that Several Dividends
has been [..] ed out of Mr Reads Estate for the use of these Hospitals but that there
in Several old Debts still standing out & some old house unsold & the Treasurers of
St Bartholemew's & St. Thomas's Hospitals who are Intitled to a Distribution of
the said Estates with these Hospitals have told him that they have power from the
respective Const hold at their said Hospitals to Settle the Accounts of the said Estate
& to agree to a Distribution or allotment of what remains unreceived & undisposed of
And therefore Mr Treasurer pray'd that this Court wou'd be pleased to give
Directions what shall be down therein with regard to the Interest of these Hospitals
Whereupon This Court doth Desire & Impower Mr Treasurer in
Conjunction with the Treasurers of St Bartholomews & St Thomas's Hospitals to
Adjust and Settle the Accounts of the said Mr Rands Estate with the Executors &
other Command & to agree to a Distribution or allotment of the residue of the end
Estate in such manner as he shall think most proper for the benefit of these Hospital
And Mr Treasurer is further desired to take such measures as he shall think
next Expedient for the getting in such Debts as are still owing to the said Estate

At this Court the Person hereunder named were Order'd to
be made free of the City having Served this Apprenticeship in this Hospital to the
Artsmasters hereunder mentioned Vizt:
