in the words followingIn persuance of an Order of Court of ye
11th. day of Octor. instant This Comee have taken into consideracon ye
Petition of Capt John Symonds< no role > and Ann< no role > his wife Executors of John
Hawkes
< no role > deced praying that a Lease of a house at Wapping may be
made to them which was ordered to be made to ye said John Hawkes< no role > in
his life time who dyed before ye same was Sealed This Comee are
of Opinion that ye said Lease be made to ye Petr. upon wch. he Gave half a Guiney to ye Poors box which nevertheless
is Submitted to ye Judgment of ye Court This Court doth Confirme
ye said Report and Order that ye sd Lease be made to them accordingly

words following vizt. In persuance of two Several Orders of Court of ye 21st.
June and ye 19th. July last This Comee have taken into consideration ye
Several Petitions of ye Persons hereunder named Setting forth that they
Served their apprenticeships in this hospital and have been made free
of this City by order of this Court and are Sett up for themselves in their
respective Trades and praying some part of Mr Locks Gift ye better to
enable them to carry on the Samevizt.

And This Comee upon Inquiry being Satisfyed that they have the
Characters of Sober Industrious men are of Opinion to give each of
them Tenn pounds out of Mr Locks Gift which nevertheless is Submitted
to ye Judgmt. of ye Court This Court doth Confirm ye Same and Order
that the Steward do pay to each of the Petrs. Ten pounds out of
Mr Locks Gift to be allowed him in his next account
